 Zeydon
has specialized in the production of composite objects and furniture. We can
build shapes that are impossible to make out of traditional materials like wood
or steel.
Composite objects are also lightweight & resistant to humidity and water.
Zeydon offers a one-stop shop service from 3D cad design to finished product.
 Production
Process
The image on the right illustrates the production process.
First the desired shape is created in foam. Shapes can be complex and we use
5-axis milling machines to create the form.
Second, the foam is covered with glassfibre laminate to create a strong object.
If necessary, structural reinforcements are added.
Then the product is finished with a filler material to make it smooth. And
finally it's painted with a scratch-free top quality two component coating.

Big A1 letters for Audi A1 roadshow. These letters were 4m heigh and weight was
kept down for transporation purpose. (top image)
180° bar for disco, with integrated led lights (left image)
Complete set of furniture for Noxx Martini bar in Antwerp, Belgium. Production
included bar, Martini logo, tables and tree pots. (image below right)
